Stephanie pretty much held our hands during the entire, arduous process. There was so much to do to prepare this 110-year old house to be listed that at first, it seemed overwhelming. Stephanie outlined the tasks that needed to take place and helped us navigate through them. In addition, she went above and beyond in many ways, although she said her assistance was simply her job. In the stressful atmosphere of unloading a family home, when tempers frayed, when we were drowning in documents, or when things weren't happening quickly enough (or were happening too quickly), Stephanie remained calm and reassuring, instilling confidence in the process and in her capabilities.
